The GG9064 is a dry planetary mirror polishing machine. Plant-based abrasive particles and a special polishing paste (polishing oil) are added to the grinding chamber. Relying on a combination of horizontal rotation and planetary tumbling motion, the plant particles and workpiece undergo multi-dimensional friction, achieving dry mirror polishing. The equipment operates without water or wastewater discharge, is fully automated, and batch-processes workpiece surface finishing without damaging the original dimensions. The polishing paste and abrasive must be mixed strictly according to the predetermined ratio. Adding too much or too little will result in uneven polishing. Replace any cracked or damaged grinding hopper immediately to prevent abrasive leakage and damage to the main unit.
